Location: the hotel was just off airport and city centre, the Beagle channel, and mountains. Loved our rooms with shared bathroom. The experience was perfect, would come here again...

Good location in natural area, really close to the downtown, airport and city centre and the airport. Situated only 1 km from Icon Park.

The property was clean and staff was amiable. It was comfortable, cosy and with shared bathroom. The breakfast was delicious, featured variety of meals. I spent 3 nights here and really enjoyed that.

The view from our room was stunning, we could see the whole city and the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had any questions. The breakfast had a great selection and there was a kitchen available if we needed anything else. The bed was super comfortable and everything felt brand new and clean.

That there was only one bathroom for all of the guests to share. We had to wait a few times, but luckily everyone was respectful and didn't take too long.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and gave excellent recommendations for transportation and local activities. The hotel was extremely clean and had great facilities. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and fantastic mountain views from my room. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was easy to get to the city center via a quick city bus or a short taxi ride. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for those who have to catch an early morning flight since it’s situated just a short drive away from the airport. the surrounding area seems to be peaceful and quiet with great views of the mountains. the room was kept tidy and clean, which was a great advantage.

The bathroom situation could be improved as there were multiple guests and only one shared bathroom, leading to some potential waiting.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that there was a kitchen and fridge available to use. the cozy neighborhood provided a nice daily stroll with stunning city views. the availability of nearby supermarkets and a bakery was also a plus.

The lack of staff made for a disappointing experience. No one was available after 1 pm, which caused me to struggle when I realized that I didn't receive a key until the second day.
